Builders versus restorer skills
I would like to know what builders have to say about professional restorers who can dry buildings in days instead of builders supposedly ripping out wet materials and charging to replace them.
This is not meant to be an argument but an opportunity to see why or what differences there is in opinion on two sides of the industry.
It is an important question because in the near future insurers are unlikly to see waste in compettive industries.
On then flip side It could be said that restoration contractors take months to dry building components that could be ripped out and replaced more economically.
Is there a general feeling that restorers skills are smoke and mirrors?
