Salvage and restoration issues
Anyone involved in the flood restoration industry must be aware of the huge disparity in contrcator actions. All believe they are doing it right and most do at some point although none could possibly state they get it 100% right all the time.
The debate must now be how right or wrong is the industry generally, how can we identify this and most importantly how do we rectify the mistakes and make more money by reducing insurers costs through competent salavage and repair actions instead of rip out and repalcement?
